“I could not use the kiosk check in because there was an error with my ref no. The staff were rude and unhelpful at the check in. She did not tell me there was a separate kiosk for the parking. I was told the next day and then even though I paid, still I ended up receiving a parking ticket because they saw me leaving before I paid, then when I came back later in the day I did pay what it was midnight and was classed as the next day.”

“The surroundings are beautiful. There are a few areas that need a little TLC including in the room I stayed in. I will say my room was immaculately clean with fresh linen and towels. Rose on reception was brilliant, instead of pointing me to my room she took the time to show me the way. The food in restaurant is excellent, 10/10 to the chefs.
