“Clean room nice area ”

“V. friendly staff. Good breakfast, cooked fresh to order. Room facilities basic but comfortable. Plenty of parking but spaces could have been a little wider.”

“Very welcoming and friendly staff. Offered us a welcome drink which was lovely and we could use our rooms to drop our items as they had already been cleaned which was very helpful as we were in the area for a wedding. The amenities and room were great and bed was very comfortable. We were told that there would be live music until 11.30 and drinks available downstairs in the bar until 1pm but weren’t made aware of the loud music that would be playing which did continue until 1:30pm - we were……

“Customer service: not great, they gave me key which did not work and had to come down to activate (i think it was not activated) and toilet, poor(clogged up) and duvet, was thin ( i think they forget to change as it was freezing minus) Overall, not happy. ”

“This property is very tired and in need a full refurbishment. The rooms are small, and the bed (sold as a double), is 3/4 double at best. Positives, great location in relation to Enfield town and train station, the key code entry worked well, with the information / instruction sent in advanced and was well communicated.”

“Me alojé dos noches. Y durante el día entró alguien en la habitación imagino que para hacer la habitación. Sin arreglar la habitación mi sorpresa cuando llegue que me faltaba el cargador doble del celular. Reclamé a la responsable y sigo sin contestación. ”
