“The accommodation is in an old brownstone row-house with charm and located in a nice area close to good restaurant options and to the Woodley Street Metro station and bus stops serving downtown DC. Though old, the basic necessities are very clean and well maintained.”

“Our stay at this rental was very stressful. The bed sizes are not as advertised. One BR only has twin bed but says queen. The other queens are like full size. The suite downstairs bed is too soft. My husband had to sleep on sofa. The upstairs bath was full of tiny ants and a some in another bath. First night there one person took shower in bath upstairs and drain was clogged causing a leak. After being rude and asking questions about what we did to cause this, they did send someone out to check……

“This location is in the shaw building and is right next door to the Howard theater. It was easy for uber/lyft to find and is convenient to get to/from the airport and other places in DC. The apartment was SPACIOUS!!! 2 bedrooms and 2 baths but the open living room/kitchen concept was nice. There was a washer/dryer and plenty of dishes to use. Only downside - the window coverings let light through, so bring your eye mask if you wake up easily due to light. Not a downside, but remember you’re……
