“For the most part the staff was good but extremely understaffed. To the point we checked in as a family of four but would only received towels for two. We had to go to front desk every day to get more. The refrigerator and phone did not work and they were unable to switch them out or move us. The toilet began to back up and my husband was told they couldn't come up and gave him a plunger to see if that worked, fortunately, it did.”

“We loved this B&B. I am super picky about my room, bathroom, food, and bed and generally don't like B&Bs; however, this one, I will return to for sure. We loved the history behind this B&B and we were nicely greeted upon arrival, given a nice tour and explanation of property. Our suite fit 3 adults nicely, air conditioned, and the bathroom was a decent size. It was perfect for a night/day when we had to visit a local college. My husband and I will always check this B&B for availability any time……

“I chose to stay at this hotel during my daughter's Cornell graduation season, as all the nearby hotels had skyrocketed their prices. Fortunately, this hotel still offered a very reasonable rate. The rooms at the hotel were spacious and incredibly comfortable. However, what truly touched our hearts was the hotel owner who generously gifted us with several wonderful graduation mementos. It was an unforgettable and heartwarming experience that exceeded all expectations.”

Sabrina was extremely rude and unprofessional during check-in and our other interactions with her, and she had us sign a separate contract simply because she saw my son was there for baseball and was wearing his baseball uniform.
