When I finally got a key that worked for the second room, it was 50 minutes later. Then when I finally did get in the room, it was a smoking room and I had reserved a non-smoking room. “We were very impressed by the hotel. Every single staff member was extremely courteous and helpful, the amenities were amazing, breakfast and dinner were awesome, the pool was clean as was the rest of the hotel and the rooms. In the breakfast area someone was always refilling food and cleaning. Even the maintenance people when you saw them were gracious. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom spotless.
