“I was unable to stay in this room and they would not refund me. I have called the insurance I purchased too and they will not refund me. The room was ground floor, window would not close all the way and there was no lock on the window. As a solo female traveler I felt this was unsafe. Especially since the desk did not appear to monitored at night and the front door had a lock you needed to access with key card. The room also had an odd odor.”

“The breakfast was good but everything else was sus. Glad they had a pool but not sure how it will be in the future”

“The hotel is undergoing a rennovation. Dust everywhere. The staff is not properly trained to navigate the situation in the hotel. Our room had a leak in the ceiling that was dripping onto the carpet, a refrigerator that did not work, linens that did not match-each bed was different, baseball trading cards in the bag that housed the dryer, and staff at the front desk who were not trained to handle these situations when approached by them. Would not stay here again until the rennovation is……

“The first issue I had when I arrived is that they did not honor the agreement to let me cancel Friday and just stay Saturday. This was previously arranged through Expedia. So they charged me for 2 nights. The room was not clean, hair in the shower, etc. Drawers & cabinets were falling off, refrigerator made a horrible sound, & the room smelled terrible. Definitely DO NOT recommend!”
