“What hot tub? Wouldn't have gone in it anyway. Bad smell in motel, couldn't take it, had to leave at 1am.”

“The desk staff did not speak English, it was very hard to communicate and the breakfast was really bad”

“I was unable to stay in this room and they would not refund me. I have called the insurance I purchased too and they will not refund me. The room was ground floor, window would not close all the way and there was no lock on the window. As a solo female traveler I felt this was unsafe. Especially since the desk did not appear to monitored at night and the front door had a lock you needed to access with key card. The room also had an odd odor.”

“We were traveling through Iowa from Nebraska and stayed at this hotel. Unfortunately the front desk guy was a Hawkeyes fan. Also there was an Iowa sign hanging on the front desk. Although we were disappointed to be surrounded by people like this, the front desk guy was very friendly and we had a nice stay. Breakfast was good too. GBR!”

“During my 2 wks biz trip, here is the best one I stayed with. Comfortable bed and pillow let me can sleep over night. Delicious and various breakfast made me impressed. There is a small suggestion that I did highly appreciated the staff came to pick us up in raining day, but my suitcase is broken due to it didn't be put well while we are in shuttle bus. Anyway, thanks for giving the great experience, although the surrounding is inconvenience this hotel will still an option to visit again in the……

“Room was fine. The outside needed cleaning up. No elevator and we were on second floor. Place larger than it appears. Back entrance didn’t need a key to open. Limited breakfast.”
