“Great”

“We were very impressed by the hotel. Every single staff member was extremely courteous and helpful, the amenities were amazing, breakfast and dinner were awesome, the pool was clean as was the rest of the hotel and the rooms. In the breakfast area someone was always refilling food and cleaning. Even the maintenance people when you saw them were gracious. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The only thing I could find fault with if I was looking was that the in-room……

“The service is not warm .the room facilities and simple.the bath towels are too old and smelly.The sheets and pillows are too old and seem to have not been replaced”

“What hot tub? Wouldn't have gone in it anyway. Bad smell in motel, couldn't take it, had to leave at 1am.”

“We checked into a handicap room for a 4 night stay. It was very musty and there was black mold on the wall. The night staff (9 pm) left a note for the manager The morning staff upgraded us to a handicap suite at no charge.”
