“The location was fine and in general the staff seemed to complete their jobs but didn't extend much in the way of welcome or friendliness. I complimented one lady because she was the only one who smiled. On our three night stay our room was missed completely on one day and we had to ask the second day or it would have been missed again. The cleaners apparently were short staffed, busy and not very happy to be asked to make up the room when I asked courteously. Not a very happy staff.”

“The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.”

“Do wish the rooms had a microwave rather than going down stairs to the lobby. Other than this, excellent stay.”

“The refrigerator in my room didn't work. The ice machine on my floor didn't work, had to go to a different floor to get ice. The sheets smelled like they were dirty. The bathroom floor was filthy. The coffee machine worked once, then stopped working.”
