"The bar was friendly and comfortable and the food was great. I would have rated my stay excellent however on my third night the heat wasn’t working in my room. After changing my room TWICE the staff finally found a room with heat! In one of the rooms the thermostat read “82” degrees at which time the hostess tried convincing me to stay in by saying “she likes it that warm”…. Totally ridiculous thing to say to a paying guest!"

"The night time receptionist was very rude. The room was dirty and the shower had residue and stains. The king bed had hairs and a lot of dirt on the sheets. The couch pullout bed had crumbs and hairs, as well as dirt on the sheets. "

"Everything was clean and in order. Check-in was smooth. We had two small dogs, so I guess we were out in the pet wing as we could hear other dogs. They provided dog treats and had a dedicated pet area in back near the parking where there’s a side walk down to a pond with grass on each side. It was baby central at the pool but we didn’t use it. Breakfast was good with omelettes made to order. WiFi and outlets were plentiful as well as places to work outside the room. Highly recommend."

"The gym did not have enough equipment and the equipment that they had was faulty and did not work the treadmill was too loud and clunked the left foot part of the elliptical was shotty. My original room 3 20 had standing water in the tub the bathroom was dirty I was supposed to have two queen rooms for the night however I ended up having to move because I had one Queen room and then one king room they must have oversold the double Queens I will say that Rome was fantastic and helping to organize it but it's still involved having to pack up six people's worth of stuff and bringing it down which was not helpful also breakfast could use some more gluten-free stuff the staff member there was a sweet young lady but I don't know if she understood what I was saying"
