“I am extremely disappointed with the condition of my room and the overall experience during my stay. After a long flight, I checked into my room around 2:00 a.m. and immediately reported scratches on the wall so there would be no question that I was not responsible for the damage. Around 4:00 a.m., I pulled back the covers and found the fitted sheet was filthy. I called the front desk and requested clean sheets or another room, but was told there were no available rooms and that I would have……
