“The staff at Southaven was pleasant but the service was inconsistent. I requested a room refresh each day for our three night stay. That happened the first day we returned to our room, but on the second day when we returned at 7pm, nothing had been done. I did not mention it to the front desk because we were leaving the next morning and there were extra towels, but it would have been nice to have the trash emptied.
