“Superb hotel. Very warm bed and quality blanket for the chilled spring in Como. I also love their breakfast. Location is close to the lake ferry ticket office. Very easy to find this hotel which is next to Duomo, the tallest structure of the town. ”

“Lovely hotel, staff very helpful, room décor beautiful and comfortable, architecture and design thoughtful and interesting. Breakfast buffet was sparse, yet what was available was arranged nicely. The lobby has a very fresh smell, which is undoubtedly a diffuser. Unfortunately, the scent that was in our room was quite strong. A suggestion might be to reduce the intensity of the fragrance. Overall this is an extremely well done hotel with many special touches which make you feel pampered!”

“飯店位置非常優秀，走去湖邊坐船、去車站坐火車都非常方便，飯店附近的老城區，尤其在晚上，氛圍非常熱鬧浪漫，飯店的位置和環境一流。早餐普通、以付的房費而言，房間空間實在太小，而且有廁所管道的味道，浴室沒有抽風機，房價略微潮濕。飯店的服務人員都非常熱情友好。如果選擇住在這裡，記得由火車站的第11-12月台旁，搭下山纜車，終站就是飯店，抵達前和飯店要Ticino 票，住宿期間往來車站可以免費搭乘。從車站前往飯店，一路都是階梯，拿著大行李簡直不可能。也建議飯店主動和飯店guests 提供資訊和車票。我們是在當地人幫忙下，才找到下山纜車的搭車地點。”

“This was a great option to get an amazing lake view room at a price for middle-class traveler. I really liked being so close to the ferry terminal and the train station. The room was large and uniquely designed, made me feel relaxed. I was worried at first when I saw the construction going on across the street but the windows were soundproofed enough that you could barely hear it. BEST of all though is that they offer really early check-in -- 1:00 pm -- whereas almost all other lodging in……
