“I booked this property through Expedia under stressful circumstances — Barbados air traffic controllers went on strike, my flight was canceled, and I was stranded along with many other travelers. I found this listing, booked it, received a confirmation number, and paid for a taxi to get there. When I arrived, the owner told me she had no room for me and that the property was fully booked. I had to advocate for myself and explain that I had a valid confirmation number and nowhere else to go. To……

“Solo female traveler- The staff were so kind and friendly! The property was chill and relaxed, making it very peaceful. The food was amazing! I enjoyed every meal I had. The room was large and spacious, however the bed was pretty hard and solid, so be mindful if you have back problems. All in all, I had a great time. ”

“The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.”

I originally planned to stay two nights but realized that it was just not for me - ( I had originally came from the popular tourist area and needed to backfill two nights ) although they realized it was just not my style both hosts went above and beyond to accommodate me as much as possible and even worked to get me a refund for the next night - the place is lovely and quiet and perfect for anyone looking for just that! ”

“The resort was okay. My biggest issue, was the air conditioning in my room never worked properly. The food was also just okay when I arrived, Iwas told that there was an ala cart menu as well as a buffet. However, there was no ala carte menu. The only option for food was the buffet. ”
