We only stayed for one night. The hotel is conveniently located on Collins Ave, making it very easy to ride the beach trolley. The resort fee was applied at check-in, but it covers things like beach towels, beach chairs, and bicycles. We were able to walk to the nearby beach with two beach chairs and enjoy a lovely morning. We were also happy with the on-site Piola restaurant, as we didn’t need to brave the heavy rain to find somewhere to eat. Julian was friendly and helpful.

Staff was so great!! Room was clean, although it always smelled musty. Beach chairs, towels, sunscreen were all wonderful. Our live TV did not work the entire stay though which wasn’t great. Cute hotel and great location!

The staff was AMAZING! From calls to the front desk prior to arriving, checking in and checking out. Each staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room was tiny but mighty. It was nicely updated and comfortable. The pool was cold and had a lot of debris in it, however, it was very windy the day we went to lay out. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked the decor and vibe of the hotel. Room was clean and updated to have modern look, if a little small. One Elevator was broken so had to use the stairs a lot. Not accessible if you can’t handle stairs. No parking is limited to drop off in the street. No breakfast buffet. Great beach access and restaurants close by.

We only stayed one night but hotel was so charming and welcoming . It has a great energy and such a cute vibe . Staff was friendly . The pizza from the restaurant was delicious . And was 5 min walk to beaches and cute cafes . I highly recommend

This is an older hotel but has been updated and maintained very nicely. Room was clean, no issues. There is only 1 elevator which allows a capacity of 5 people. The gym is very small and no water was available. The pool was clean and well maintained. Chairs, towels and water are available near the pool area. Staff were very friendly. Valet parking was $50/night. There is no self parking. There is a trolley stop across the street. This was useful since the hotel is not near the strip. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a great two-night stay over the weekend. The location was excellent. As others have mentioned, there’s only one small elevator, so there can be a bit of a wait, but I ended up taking the stairs most of the time. The hotel also has connecting rooms, so you can hear neighbors if they’re loud. I heard mine on the last night.

The hotel was under construction and this was not notified before booking (and we booked on the day of arrival). This resulted in a lot of extra traffic on a single working elevator, the pool was closed for most of one day and the water was turned off for the building one night without any notification - no signs posted in the hotel. Overall the hotel staff and decor are lovely, but the rooms are very small and the pillows are terrible. Its location is excellent for the beach and there are plenty of food options close by. Especially recommend the pizza from Piola located off of the hotel reception area.
