“Rooms not deeply cleaned, we found hairs everyday (not ours) on the floor and in the shower. Staff didn't know lot of things, inexistent services and very minimum amenities... Too expensive for a non 4 stars hotel!”

“The property is nothing less than spectacular. The staff are always available and willing to provide assistance. The room we stayed in was incredible. Beautiful view of the sea, an infinity pool of our own… unbelievable. Breakfast every day was delicious. Lots of options, including healthy options, to choose from. We enjoyed two dinners at the seafood restaurant and both were amazing. We had the salt baked Sea Bass and the Roasted Chicken. Service was great as well. Can’t say enough……

“The hotel was excellent in all respects, except for needed update in air conditioning utility in lobby bathroom and bar area. In addition, the WIFI connection in the rooms needs to be updated. Overall, the hotel, staff and location were outstanding.”

“The hotel was well maintained and appeared to have been renovated recently which made the rooms nice. The main issue with the hotel was that the pool area and facilities haven’t been built for the number of people staying in the hotel. The pool is a lovely area, but there aren’t enough beds for the number of guests in July/ Aug. If you don’t queue up at 10am for the rush then you don’t get a bed that day. If you get a bed, or not, the pool is too small for the number of people who want to use it……

“I absolutely loved my stay at Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel Es Trenc – everything was amazing! I would definitely come back to Mallorca just to stay here again. We stayed for two day and one night, honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel! There were plenty of sun loungers and cozy spots to relax and sunbathe, and the hotel is just a short walk from the beach – super convenient. The room was spotless and beautifully prepared, with so many thoughtful touches. They provided a beach bag……

“Das Zimmer war dreckig, es hat durch die Decke getropft. Die Klimaanlage hat gestunken sodass man diese fast nicht benutzen konnte. Die Betten waren sehr und alles ist sehr hellhörig, jedes Gespräch konnte mitgehört werden. Frühstück war okay aber auch nichts besonderes.”
