"Every staff member we encountered on our visit was pleasant and courteous.. The parking lot was well lit.. Breakfast was an added bonus I had forgotten was an option. The station was very tidy, the young lady working made sure everything was fully stocked."

"Besides the many homeless that were both sleeping in the lobby, eating the breakfast, and crowding the entrance/exit, the morning we were checking out, the ceiling started leaking water directly over the toilet, which not only splashed onto the toilet paper, but was dripping both water and ceiling pieces over the toilet The girl who checked me in was lovely and I wanted to have a positive opinion, but I felt unsafe and couldn’t use the bathroom the morning we left"
