The outdoor hot spring was the highlight of our stay. The staff spoke English well and were incredibly friendly and helpful. "Super friendly staff and very helpful with providing information. The room is decent nothing outstanding, so is the public bath in the basement. But this place is quite convenient to an izakaya just few minutes away foot and also a local small onsen. The staff made this place worth it. "
