“天使格蘭飯店，有line的客服，還沒出發前，就能在客服上詢問許多資料，線上先預辦check in，可直接帶著QR code去使用飯店電腦就可以辦入住，印出的紙張上就有門房密碼，基本上記住密碼，就可以進出房間 大浴場有二處，本館的浴場較小，室內外各一池， 餐廳樓上的浴場比較大，有很多池，外面還有二台按摩椅，跟腳底按摩機，超舒服的 不過搭接駁車的人真的很多，原本預計搭10點離開的車，後來等到10點半才能坐上車，好險訂了11點初的JR離開，所以要預留時間”

“Incredibly clean and hygienic place, I’ve stayed there before and loved it! Super close to the ski resort, onsen visit is included, they have storage for your ski/ snowboard equipment as well as free laundry. The showers are amazing as well as the room heaters. I love staying here and I will be returning next year :) might just be an annual trip! They also have a great kitchen setup, along with Beer on draft! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!! 😊”

"Our stay at TOU was truly relaxing, the hotel condition was excellent, everywhere was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful, they shared great recommendations of ‘must see attractions’ delivering unique and memorable experience of Kusatsu Onsen. "The hotel facilities and rooms are very old. There was a very strong smell of smoke in the room. We had to keep the window open all night even though it was very cold outside (–10°C). There were obvious stains on the tatami mat floor in the room. The staff member who helped us check in was a bit annoying and impolite. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families or group stays."
