Dirty floors, walls needed painting. There was no tray in the microwave, the showerhead did not work properly. Front desk staff were very unfriendly.

Not a lot of restaurant choices or stores near by. You have to go about 4 miles up the interstate to get to a walmart. We stayed in Monee because it was cheaper than staying closer to Tinley Park.
