Noisy dated room right on the Main Street when there were other empty rooms available . Bedding had some old stains. Water pressure very low. Location right in town is great and that’s what you are paying for.

We had the loveliest time staying at the Monte Verde Inn! The staff was incredibly helpful and Randy the concierge provided us with incredible restaurant recommendations. Our room was perfectly tidy and comfortable. Overall, we couldn’t speak more positively of our experience there and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Carmel-by-the-Sea!

This was THE cutest inn I have ever stayed. Casey the front desk manager was so kind, welcoming and informative. The rooms are cozy and quaint and perfect for anyone. I would stay here 100 times again
