“After spending 18 hours traveling from Spain to Tangier, we were met with an apartment filled with false advertising. There was no air conditioning, no hot water, and a kitchen with one bowl, one teacup, two plates, and two cups. The bedding didn’t appear clean and were covered in crumbs and body hair. The overall experience was so miserable we left a day early.”
