“The hotel staff was pleasant, the stay was not so pleasant. At first the tv wouldn’t work there was no signal but they tech took a little while but he finally came to the room and realized the cable box was not plugged in. He left and we realized about 30 minutes later the internet wasn’t connected to the tv so we couldn’t connect to Netflix or other streaming services. Then the handle to turn the water on flew off when we turned the shower on. And also we had a noisy neighbor that was screaming……
