“The property was great, a lovely villa. This was our 2nd visit, the only things that weren't as good this time - in particular was the shuttle bus around the resort. In the summer it is an excellent service, at Easter they only had 1 car so the wait for the service, instead of being 5 mins was more like 20-30 mins. This was poor and they should have had more drivers, I wouldn't go again at Easter they are not staffed for it. Additionally I had booked a restaurant reservation at Spikes, I had……

“Perfect location for beach lovers. Being just a few meters from Benagil and Carvalho beaches was amazing. The townhouse is very elegant and well-equipped. We also enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Algarbe restaurant nearby, which was a great recommendation. The shared pool area is very peaceful and has a stunning view.”

“Très bien. Nous y sommes allés en mai. Le personnel très accueillant. Nous avons réclamé un sur matelas ainsi que des serviettes. Tout nous a été fourni dans la journée. Tous les jours les lits sont faits et les serviettes remplacées. Check in et Check très simples. Extérieurs magnifique et appartement propre. Par contre en plein été ce doit être bcp plus bruyant mais hors saison top. Nécessité d’un véhicule. ”

“We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed the comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Everything was well organized and perfect for a relaxing break. The airport transfer service made our arrival very smooth.”

“We love this hotel! The food selection is relatively small for all inclusive, but had good variety and we could rely on the basics for kids. The staff are great and the room is cleaned very well every day. The heated pool is a bit chilly at the end of March, but we knew that may be the case. Our boys, 5 and 7, used to enjoy going to kids club - pyjama night, movie night, crafts. The beach, which was a 15 minute walk away (there may be buses at another time,) is stunning. We’d go again.”
