“The walls are so thin, I heard the man in the next room snoring ALL NIGHT! In the morning, in my bathroom puttting on makeup, I heard him in his bathroom URINATING! The breakfast had no fresh fruit, no yogurt, no fruit juice. I’ve never had a worse hotel experience.”

“Reception notified me that the earlier payment through Expedia did not process correctly and they required payment at check in. After I reviewed the processed payment and showed it to the receptionist, they were unable to reverse their charges and notified me that the manager would contact me the following week. That did not happen. I am now trying to work with the credit card company to resolve this. In addition, the pool was not available and is still under repair from previous damage.”
