Welcome to 509 South Hampton – this truly exquisite condo is perfect for your beach getaway!! This lovely condo features a large and open living area with balconies off both sides of the living room and off the dining room. The living room has a huge 65” TV, sleeper sofa and comfy recliner! The dining area has seating for six at the table and an additional 4 at the bar. In the well-appointed kitchen you’ll find a gorgeous counter height bar with plenty of space to prep, cook and eat!! Step into the enormous master to find two queen beds, a completely remodeled ensuite – with walk in shower, and private balcony! The serene guest bedroom is almost as expansive as the master, it also has 2 queen beds, a remodeled ensuite, with a lovely tiled shower/tub combo, and a private balcony. Each balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy the absolutely magnificent views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean!!

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.
**Please know that the waterparks at Currents close on October 1 for the season.

May 2023 MB Getaway

We had an awesome vacation at 509 south Hampton. The unit was just as described on VRBO. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. Awesome views great amenities. We hope to return next year. The location was perfect.

Great Property

The property is in a great location with nearby hotels, great ocean view with lots of glass, very clean and new inside. Great access to grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses in the beach is an easy access also. The furniture is very comfortable in the condo makes you feel as if you’re in a larger unit than it actually is. Plenty of privacy from the second bedroom.

Top notch

Beautiful unit. Great views. Everything was explained, as far as what's provided, ie starter supplies, so prepare to bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing liquid, and kitchen towels and dish clothes. Beds super comfortable. nice water pressure in showers. Quiet location. wonderful location on the beach. We hope to return again in the future.

Beautiful Escape

This was a very lovely, comfortable, cozy place for my 2 sisters and I to relax and enjoy our time together. The comforts and necessities of home were many and the place was very clean. The views are amazing. We had a small issue with the internet access (simple mistake on the instructions provided) that maintenance was able to resolve in a timely manner. We were already familiar with Kingston Plantation but for those who are not, the convenience to food & shopping is wonderful. We will certainly consider returning on future trips.

permanent residents interferrance

NICELY REMODELED PROPERTY. CONDITION OF BUILDING IS QUESTIONABLE. Permanent residents knock on your door telling you not to place dirty towels in front of your door as we were told to do by the people who do the towel pickup. Upon leaving Residents open their doors to watch you leave. I feel sorry for the owner of this property as they have invested a lot in remodeling but the rest of the building permanent residents do not encourage rentals. Also the directions given by property manager did not work and our GPS took us 1 hour away and we ended up in Surfside beach. Quite an experience!

Property is located right above the beach access. Also, quick walk to the water park. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. Balconies all around the unit. Enjoyed our stay! Everything was as described. Direct access to the beach with less people than the other larger resorts just to the north. Quiet location but a short walk to the Embassy Starbucks and restaurant via the connecting bridge to Embassy or the boardwalk. We loved the balcony views in the morning and afternoon. Unit is spacious and has balcony access from both bedrooms. Great location and great view! Will stay here again!
