"Staff was great. The rest of the hotel not so much. The first room we were assigned to had a foul smell. Staff sent us to a new room without issue. In the new room the jacuzzi tub stopped working after 10-15 mins. We were told no one was available to fix it so we’d have to wait until the next day. Next day they fixed the tub but didn’t move the fridge back afterward so I took care of it. The bar restaurant area only had one cook and one bartender for the whole place and saw several people upset for slow service. Bartender was doing her best though. I feel for the price we paid and the 4 star rating it would have been much better than it was. IMO not a four star hotel and not worth the price. That said all of the staff was great."

"This hotel was nothing like Expedia depicted in its description and photos. The place was under renovation and Expedia did not disclaim that. The hotel also only provided limited amenities as many things were out of order. "
