Furniture is not to be moved. Please do not take unit contents outside the condo. Place dishes and kitchen utensils back where they were found.
Remove sand from clothing and towels outside the condo. Rinse beach toys and put in outdoor closet. Please leave outdoor shoes inside the front door.
NO Smoking Policy within the condo, balconies or common areas. Smoking is allowed only in a designated area. Loss of Damage Deposit for any violation.
