Great experience. Love the people! Was able to get my hotel upgraded. Wish the food choices were wider for the Jamaican culinary for breakfast, and lunch and dinner. Beautiful beach and friendly staff. Walked on the beach and found other food as well.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurants were good but the only issue we had was with reservations. We had to wait until midnight in order to get a reservation. We all had a great time.

So the hotel itself was “ok”. However, the pool closed early (5:30) and they have “limited” activities so you have to spend more money to go somewhere to do things…for that stay at a better hotel. The staff was friendly though

Everything went well except sink in the bathroom did not flow out properly and although reported, no attempt was made to have it fixed. The steak house dinner was like a production line. It was kind of a rush where my spouse finished before and they took his plate making me feel like I should hurry to finish. Overall the stay was good. The nightly entertainment was very good.

The food overall and the location were excellent. The evening events were awesome. Silver Birds hands down a blast! The Michael Jackson tribute group was cool. And the catamaran trip with snorkeling and Margaritaville was so much fun! Office of Nature down the Beach was a fun spot. Best resort trip by far!!

Riu Negril exceeded our expectations! It provided us with everything we could have wanted in a family vacation and then some! Highlights include a wonderfully kind and competent staff and an incredible beach. Be sure to bring your snorkel and mask -- there is plenty to see right off the coast of the hotel!

The food was super good!!! I missed more night entertainment. They should Play more hip hop songs instead of reggae all day long , too much!!! I know is Jamaica, but we went to others places annd their music vary / Also, the gym needs an upgrade asap!!’ But, in general definitely I will go back.

Great beach , great dinners, very very far walk from everything. Our toilet seat was loose and broken but alright. Only got minibar fridge refilled on second to last day, the request online never came for it that evening but all in all great relaxing spot. Would greatly benefit from more games or pool tables outside for people to use in free time. Maybe better night time performances too like more variety on the beach etc we were here a whole week a lot of similar night time events but we had a great time for sure

Great food, great staff lovely grounds. The quality of alcohol available was disappointing (no sparkling wine for breakfast mimosas 😫). My number one annoyance was the tepid water temperature in the showers. Man, oh man, I could not wait to get home to have a steaming hot shower. Outside of these complaints, it was a good time.
