“The pool and hot tub were permanently closed and it wasn’t stated on the website or told to us at check in….. the mattress is to big for the frame so one side dipped in when trying to sleep on it....the frame made very loud noises anytime we moved like hitting an empty metal container….the draws in the dresser were broke….the blankets were super thin….the toilet paper holder came out of the wall… we heard everyone walking above us all night…the lamp has mold on one side… breakfast was only……

“The room was not ready. I checked in and received a key and went to my room - to find housekeeping and an open door. (The cleaner told me the man who checked me in thought a traveling nurse made the reservation and I didn’t look like one, he gave me a different room. He thought someone else was still coming for the other room. The one that I reserved and that WAS ready for me.) She seemed to have just started but said she’d only be a few minutes. After maybe 10 minutes, she went to get a vacuum……

“It was absolutely terrible!!!! I refused to stay there. I asked for a non smoking room and the lobby reeked is cigarette smoke. The lady wasn't even start the desk, didn't even know what she was doing, and had to keep calling for help. There was even a box of mouse traps in the back counter. ”

“Cleanliness is NOT a priority for this motel - gym stuck to the walls, clearly needed vacuumed, flies all over the place - it was cheap for a reason!”
