“The room wasn’t clean, there was literally 2 full body prints on the mirror. We paid extra for the in room jacuzzi tub - it didn’t work - the dials or switches were broke off. The tub wouldn’t hold water unless you held the plug in with your hand. The A/C was barely working and the room never got comfortable. There isn’t a working elevator and we were on the second floor trying to lug all of our stuff up a little stairway that dirty and slick. The next morning someone had spilt……

“The gentleman we talked to was very nice and accommodating. The room, unfortunately, was very diry, toilet seat was broken and I think there was mold in the minifridge.”

“The space was large, open, and the couch was extremely comfortable and cozy. It was perfect for my visit with my son, and allowing pets was definitely a perk. Would stay here again next time in Philadelphia. Very pleased customer”
