"Horrible experience and we will never be back"

"The hotel its self is dated but nice the staff is friendly. The pool are is nice. The hot tube is in a separate area then the pool the sauna was out of order and they also have adult only hours. They have a fun game room!!! The biggest problem is the noises. We had to call the office 2 times and my husband went to the office because the people above us were running, pushing chairs, jumping off the beds until 1:30am. We finally were able to sleep around 2 am then had to be out of the room by 11am that ment hardly any restful sleep. "

"While this property may be less expensive than others in the area, our unit was in poor shape. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom was clean but had broken grab bars, missing towel bars with holes in the door, gross caulk, a leaking bathtub faucet that was impossible to turn off, tracks for the sliding glass door full of dirt. Bed linings worn & minimal. All that said, staff was friendly, responsive & helpful. The view is always outstanding!"

"The AM staff was not friendly or helpful. I asked for some coffee to be made and they made old coffee and just ran it again. They did not get off their butt out of the office for help. This isn’t the first time I have had this experience with this particular staff member. Evening staff has been great and accommodating while being friendly and helpful. I normally would just say, maybe the AM was having a bad morning, but this had happened multiple times. I really hope this changes, I feel for other people when they check out and they have to attempt to get any help from that employee. "
