"The staff was awesome and promptly took care of what my issues were. Some advice is to fill your jetted tub, run the jets, move the jets around, and drain your tub once before you make a bath for yourself. The rooms were updated from the pictures on here. 3rd floor and beachfront was so divine. Listening to the waves as I go to sleep was relaxing. I will be staying here again for the tub."

"It was the loudest say ever kids running all day and night above me People next to me 101 loud banging for 2 days and nights not a happy trip at all I usually have the best stays there but Not this time it was miserable and horrible I won't go again unless I have the original Room I stayed in before the Nauttica room I payed a lot of money for 3 nights Never again "

"Didn’t get the room we paid for. Hot tub was broken, heaters were not working. Bedding wasn’t sufficient. Had to sleep in my coat to stay warm. Not pleased. Have requested a refund. "
