I met two young lady who talked to me so nicely. I am new to America. They helped me a lot with my trip my guiding me, and supporting my stay throughout that day. I don’t remember their names, but it was last week Wednesday.

Very thin walls - heard someone next door having an argument on her speaker phone and could hear both sides of the conversation. The pool was tiny and full of leaves. The fitness room had 2 treadmills but was closed without a reason given. Staff at the front desk were hard to find when checking in and out. The room itself was very clean and the bed comfortable.

We were promised a crib as we were traveling with a one-year-old and when we got there, they said somebody else was using it and we did not get the baby crib. We had to go out and buy a playpen for $79.

Overall the stay was great Upon arrival our room smelled of smoke although there was no smoking in the hotel Breakfast could have been better bagels were soggy and on the second day the juice machine was out of order No other option was offered.
