It’s a nice place and the breakfast was decent but I think you need a cold water available. The room was nice but the bathroom needs some hardware replaced as there was rusted hardware in tub etc.

The unit was clean, however it was very worn. For example, the inside doors were all damaged at the bottom, the paneling needs to be painted, the flooring linoleum in the bathroom is cracked and soft where you walk. bring cash for Amish roadside stands take an extra day just to sit on the porch and watch the horses and buggies go by. Go to Grace Baptist Church in Downingtown on Sunday. Eat at Dienners buffet, & Bird in Hand Bakery for soft pretzels (clsd Mdy)
