“Let me start by saying I do not like leaving bad reviews, and thefront desk staff was great, friendly and helpful, Unfortunately the property needs some TLC, our room was bad. Holes in the wall in bathroom, not sure how curtain rod was even hanging, the water spout was very loose, different color paints, floor were sticky. The door had exposed metal from where something was removed but it was sharp and sliced my husband finger. The bed was very hard and there was not even a coffee pot. For the……

“The night manager was hostile when I had trouble opening my door. The key card had to be held a special way to get the door to open. I was tired, and had trouble managing the stairs and she was hostile and agrumentative about staying to vericy I (not she) could open the door. I arrived having to use the bathroom, and there were no facilities available until you checked in. That caused me a lot of physical discomfort. A fist gouge was in the bathroom door, and the shower curtain did not keep……

“We absolutely loved having brown stains on our ceiling, mattresses and sheets. The toilet didn’t flush properly, had to beg for towels and toilet paper. Sheets didn’t fit the bed and we had to constantly pull them back on. Beds way too small. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. It was a dismal experience.”
