The Golden Arms is located just two blocks away from historic Flagler Avenue’s shopping, restaurants and entertainment. There is something in New Smyrna for everyone.

Our comfortable two bedrooms, two baths, 1160 square foot condominium unit is tastefully decorated with a bright and open floor plan and offers all the amenities of home. Excellent Stay

Such a wonderful unit and location. Hosts were extremely responsive. The kitchen was fully stocked. Access to chairs and water toys was great.

Great family fun in the sun

We just enjoyed two weeks in this great unit at the Golden Arms. The unit was a great size, well decorated and has an amazing ocean view! The pool is only an elevator ride away, and the beach is just steps from the pool. Our family spent our days having fun in the pool and ocean and met so many friendly people. Lots of cool restaurants on Flagler Avenue, but we also loved to cook in the condo and enjoy our meal on the balcony. Location was also convenient for day trips to Disney and Seaworld. We have already booked this unit again for next year and we can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Condo

The Golden Arms is a beautiful, family frienldy place to stay! The condo was very nicely decorated and has a great ocean view!The beach is clean and the pool is perfect for the little ones! This condo is in a great location and is in walking distance to Flagler Ave for shopping and dining. We loved our vacation and can't wait to go back!

Loved this place!

My family loved our vacation at New Smyrna Beach. The area had a cool, small town feel, not too crowded. This condo was very sunny and bright and decorated really neat with beachy colors and themes. It was VERY well stocked. I didn't even use half of the supplies I brought with me because they had everything available! Flagler shops were, indeed, close enough to walk. We enjoyed the restaurants and ice cream shop. My family enjoyed this vacation immensely.
