NSB Getaway

Nicole was wonderful to communicate with. Property location on the beach, close to the main shopping and restaurants all in walking distance.Our only disappointment was the sofa/sleeper was very uncomfortable to sit on.

Long Awaited Beach Vacation

Great property and condo. The location was fantastic and hardly ever needed the car. Pools were never crowded and the room has everything you need. And of course you can't beat New Smyrna weather.

We Keep Coming Back

Another amazing stay in New Smyrna Beach! This is the only vacation rental that we keep returning to. The condo is situated perfectly on the beach and within walking distance of the fun on Flager. Both pools were open this year, which was a bonus. The condo is stocked with everything you need for your stay and is super clean. We took advantage of the bbq on the property this year. Nicole is a wonderful host to deal with and a big reason we keep coming back. We're looking forward to our stay next year!

Great beach side condo!

The property owner was incredibly responsive, made the check in and check out process so easy! The property management was friendly and informative and the condo was such a perfect location & so cute! Would definitely recommend!

Balcony chairs are high chairs with no table to set a drink on low chairs are not there, owner said they must have been taken. Great view of the beach and ocean just can’t seat out there to enjoy it

Great location

Small unit with everything you need. If you want to walk to many restaurants and shopping on Flagler Ave, this is a good spot. Great view of the beach.

Wonderful Stay

We booked this property 11/17 to 11/25. It was a trip for our 60th birthdays and wedding anniversary. Fabulous location to all restaurants and shops on Flagler. 5 min walk. You can watch the sunrise from your bed. Property was clean and well maintained. Spotless pool area with nice loungers. The condo was stocked well. Down stairs are washers and dryers. We did rent a car for the stay but you really do not need one. Also be sure to check out Canal Street. We are getting to the age where we will be looking for long term rental during the winters and we would consider this condo if available when the time comes. Will return again.

Amazing View

I stayed here with my fiance for 3 nights and we loved the location. The view of the beach and pool was amazing. The restaurant scene (walking distance) was also one of the highlights of our trip.

Anniversary Trip

We had a wonderful time. The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view. Lots of things within walking distance. Will definitely stay again. Pool were very clean and not crowded.

Great get away!

Brought my wife down for her birthday and we had a great time. Walked down to Breakers for lunch and drinks right on the beach (5min walk). Highly recommend SoNapa (very nice but expensive) and the Garlic (long wait but worth it!) for dinner. We will definitely be back!

Excellent weekend stay

Amazing Property

I have been going to Coconut Palms for over 20+ years and this property was perfect for my daughter and I. Very clean, nicely updated, and everything we needed for a great vacation. The owner was wonderful to work with….. will definitely be coming back!!

Cozy condo with an amazing view

Our stay was amazing. The location and view was the best. Our condo was exceptional and had all the amenities included. 2 pools and one heated and right on the beach. I cannot say enough good things about our VRBO. Thank you Jan Jacobs
