"The house was neat and clean. There was adequate space for all of us. The AC works well and was conveniently located. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer appear to be newer. Be aware that the grill is charcoal and not gas. Also, the bathroom sink and shower hot & cold are reversed. "This property has a beautiful backyard and lake access and view. It was the saving grace for as we had beautiful weather and made the best of these features. Unfortunately the house is in real need of work. As other reviewers have commented, the floor sags and is very uneven. You really have to watch your step.
