"The area was very safe and taken care of. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was very clean and ac was cold when we needed it. Towels were provided, key cards worked well no smoking made hotel smell pleasant. Breakfast was fair. I would definitely book again if I had the opportunity. "

During my current stay, I decided the Home2 will be the only hotel I use when in the Norfolk/Va Beach area. The cost is always fair and competitive, the rooms are spacious and clean and, on the rare occasion I need something extra, the staff are always quick and happy to accommodate."

"Short walk to the beach, 3 minutes tops, when traffic is heavy, less on weekdays. The shower pressure was top notch, bathroom was very clean. The back could use some cleaning up and the entrance was a little off-putting, but once you open the door to the living space, it is clean. Most of the beach chairs were too rusty to use, thankfully we brought our own. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay, and it was nice that we could bring my mother and her dog.
