“Curtain rod ripped out of wall. Walls had dirt all over, there was dust every where, bathroom not cleaned.”

“I liked the parking, staff, and the fact that there was so much around. There was a lot around the hotel. I liked that there was hot water and coffee available all day. The continental breakfast was pretty decent and the hours were great!! The hotel itself looked clean but old. It had stains on the carpet and nicks on the walls. The pool was closed for renovations and the workout room was okay, but it had no wipes for equipment. The toilet flushed super loud and my key kept deactivating, which……

“Long dark hairs in sink and tub, pile of debris on bathroom floor, bathroom sink did not drain, deadbolt not functional and security latch was barely attached. Had to wait for front desk at check in and check out. Relayed issues to gal at check out who didn't seem interested and didn't make a note of any of the concerns.”

“They literally told us they had no extra pillows and two mornings in a row we waited for clean towels before we could even shower. And to top it all off the pool was closed for some fake reason and that is the whole reason we booked that hotel! Just awful”
