“What an amazing find. The property is in peaceful surroundings & totally fascinating, very unique, so special, the interior is incredible and totally compliments the era of this beautiful property. Karen the host is bubbly and friendly, we had a very welcome cup of tea and shortbread on arrival, served in the lounge. Our room was peaceful, with sumptuous bedding, quality furniture, tv, tea/coffee facilities, powerful shower - all you need. Slept like a log. Our delicious breakfast was served……

Breakfast was so good and there was a lot of choice. We had a pool room which was perfectly positioned next to the pool which was clean with loungers and seating. I would highly recommend a visit here and we will certainly visit again.”

“What’s not to love? This place is an absolute gem. The rooms are immaculate, each with its own unique character, and it was so peaceful and relaxing throughout our stay. The staff in the pub couldn’t do enough for us, proper old-fashioned customer service at its best. Everyone we spoke to was genuinely friendly, welcoming and happy to help. The food was exceptional. We had both an evening meal and the included breakfast, and everything was freshly cooked to order and absolutely delicious. The……

“The location was perfect, staff friendly helpful and kind warning about the football. We were a little worried but was actually ok, only a little noise when England scored which we cant complain at. Loved our stay, cute locatipn and our evening meal was exactly what we needed.”

“Loved the swimming pool, that’s the main reason I booked this hotel, however it was very warm, too warm to do much swimming. Our room was lovely and clean, if not a little dated.
