It felt very safe to walk the streets Inside was as described and pictured. The unit's kitchen was sparsely equipped when we arrived for our month-long stay, but Tatiana offered to get us anything we needed, and she did. “Great spot to stay! Genuinely very happy with our experience. Extremely clean and accommodating. Plenty of space and complete privacy for a couples stay or a small family. Host has great attention to detail and offered helpful things like beach bag, beach towels, games, sunblock, commonly forgot items, etc. Really loved our stay! We used Uber to travel into downtown Cape Coral and to Fort Meyer Beach both an easy trip from the house!”

“Very centrally located (walking distance to the great farmers market, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc!) and easy to find and access. It’s small, as advertised, and all we needed. Very well stocked kitchen/laundry, including coffee, creamer, spices, detergent, softener. Very clean. Comfortable bed, newly remodeled bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more, including hair ties! Well done. We’ll be back.”

“Loved our stay at The Sand. It was quiet, quaint, and just a few minute walk to the beach! I would recommend buying any cleaning supplies, coffee, spices, beach gear etc. you may need. Otherwise the stay was amazing and tucked away at the end of the block.”

“The location is great and the place was clean and quiet. It looked like there was some water damage in the back corner of the kitchen where the paint is bubbling up from the wall, but it did not feel damp and I could not smell any mildew or mold so I think it is clean. The place was almost perfect. I can only make a few suggestions for improvement. First, the pillows are very thin, and the toilet seat needs to be replaced (the current one is cheap vinyl and feels like cheap vinyl when you sit on……
