“What a nice surprise. My coworker and I had decided at the very last minute to stay in Cape Breton. There was very limited availability anywhere and, withour much research. we decided to stay here. This gem was a highlight of our whole trip. We really enjoyed the dinner experience. 7 courses of pure love! Lex and Hogle were most pleasant to talk to and are assets to this hotel. Our rooms were well equipped. The bed was comfortable, great showers and amenities. We loved having a Negroni on the……

“We stayed in a brand new dome and it was beautiful! Very bright, clean, spacious. The owner was kind and helpful. There are no bathrooms, running water, or shower in the dome. So plan accordingly. But they bathrooms were close by and good. They listed a "hot springs" and "hot tub" on their listing,, as well as laundry. But there was no hot springs nearby (we asked), the hot tub was quite dirty, so we didn't use it, and there was no laundry available. That was frustrating as we were……

The property is surrounded by beautiful rural scenery, and the quiet atmosphere made our stay feel especially relaxing. “Paul was very welcoming and accommodating, made us sandwich plates since the restaurant was not technically open that day. They have pet friendly facilities which is great. The grounds and trails to the shore were fun as well. We had spent 2 days on the go and we were able to actually unwind. Our unit had no tv and we did not miss it at all. 9/10 would recommend!”

“The spacious accommodation included an air conditioner in the sitting room and fan in the bedroom. The bed was soft but cozy. The included breakfast was served with pride from Cheryl who is an excellent cook who truly cares about her guests. Fruit cup began the breakfast of pancakes, tasty individual egg casseroles, home spun honey, home made maple syrup, jam, and self served coffee. If staying in the area again Chamber would be our top choice.”
