“This place is awesome. What a gem to have for a place to stay in Salem. The owners were VERY responsive and informative in all communications. The property was clean and accommodating. Literally everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. We came in December and still walked everywhere because it was so close. There was no reason for me to get the rental car (though if you still want a rental car the owners gave me their parking pass for the garage around the corner, AWESOME). 4……

“Tina was a great host - very responsive and accommodating! The house is about 1.2 miles to town, which was walkable for me but also just a cheap uber/lyft ride if I didn’t want to walk. I feel like I have to disclose to my fellow easily-overstimulated-by-noise friends - bring earplugs. As disclosed in the listing, there is an upstairs tenant and her dog. The house is older so it makes a lot of random creaking / knocking noises and you can hear every step the upstairs tenant or her dog made,……
