“We had a great stay in Denver! We were walkable to family we were in town visiting in their wonderful neighborhood. The house was very comfortable for us, our 2 toddlers and grandparents. The bedrooms all had comfortable beds, linens and the kitchen was well equipped (although we weren't doing much cooking, we easily could have). The living room spaces were also great to hang out in. We had a great stay and would happily return next time we visit our family in the neighborhood. Parking was also……

“Clean and organized. Well equipped and stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. It was nice to heave a few additional warm blankets. Lovely views from the deck. It was very windy during our stay and we weren’t able to stay out in the deck and enjoy the fresh air, but the views were amazing.”

“I booked the reservation. Had no response from host. I finally contacted him day of check in. He replied that I had cancelled and he already had another reservation. Informed him I never cancelled and even had a reservation confirmation #. I contacted Vrbo, they called him. He told them he didn’t own the home anymore. So he gave 2 different stories. So I had to book a new reservation at a motel instead. ”

“Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. There is some slight noise from upstairs on occasion, but nothing disruptive or disturbing of sleep. The……

“I found the Acoma House quite charming, clean and loved the artwork. There was not really a kitchen but a fridge, microwave and hotplate, which I did not use. My only complaint was the coffee maker, which took pods and didn’t give a full cup. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area”
