Northern Florida condominium resorts to rent from $61

"First got a room without view also all rooms have a beach view - front desk ‘found’ a room which had no towels, hand soap and seemed to need quite a bit of fixing up and that during spring break season. Pool and pool area seemed nice and kids loved it. "

"The original room we had did not have a balcony and it was horrible. Stale air and no movement throughout the room. The rooms are very small and outdated. Could be cleaned better as well. We did get moved to a room with a balcony and it made the stay much more manageable. Was able to open the door and get fresh air into the room. Bathrooms do not have exhaust fans which is odd and we also had a water bed in the shower. Overall it is a ok place to stay for a night but anything other than that I do not recommend. "

"The room was spotless, steps to the beach, plenty to do, Tiki Bar was awesome, staff so helpful. WiFi barely worked, but other than that I would def come again. No frills, but great place to lay your head if you want to just do the beach. "

"Room clean... hallways wete never clean - wrappers and crackers set for 3 days in a row. Room picture was not accurate - showed corner window beach view but got an inset view from bedroom and concrete wall view from living room. Noisy whistling entire stay making door difficult to open."

"Rooms were great and very clean. Management staff were very responsive and accommodating to requests. Only down side is there were very limited activities for kids if the weather is bad. Overall will stay here again just not in the colder months. "

"I think the resort should be advertised as a partial ocean view as the rooms do not have a direct view of the ocean."
