"For an older hotel with no “curb appeal” the room was very clean with no odd odors. The towels were fluffy white and there was plenty of hot water. The room had a microwave and mini fridge with updated TV. There was road noise (I was near front of motel) but I felt safe."

Bugs were able to get into the house, we kept finding large ants. Small for more than 4 people, there were 5 of us. Only 1 bathroom so that made it a little tough for us. "My recent stay at the South Shore Inn in Sandusky, OH was excellent from start to finish. The room was spotless, with the cleanest bedsheets I’ve ever seen and wonderfully cold AC that made it easy to relax after a long day. Mornings started with a great breakfast that was fresh and satisfying. Throughout the stay, the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Sadly the hot tub was not up and running just yet, I saw they were doing some maint. in the pool area so everything will be in tip top shape for this year!"
