“Upon check-in, the pesron at the front desk was mumbling and barely able to hear her. When asked of she could repeat, she was short, and told me that if I wanted housekeeping, I need to state so upon check in. I had never heard of that before and when I asked about fresh towels, etc...she said that I didn't have to be so rude. Mind you, it was a day of travel and I might have been a little sarcastic about the housekeeping, but that was uncalled for. As soon as I said "excuse me?" another person……

“The TV didn't work, the toilet was broke, the AC sounded like it was on its last leg,the shower and bathroom vanity were very small. The breakfast was not good, the sausage was cold, I couldn't find milk for cereal and the toppings for oatmeal were raisins and chocolate chips. The breakfast was poor compared to other places we have stayed, definitely not worth the money.”
