“Rooms smelled like cigarettes”

“Hallway and stairs never cleaned during my stay. A/C fan very noisy. Only one outside door ever locked at night.”

“I liked nothing. The room was old and musty, air was off and it was very dark. Walked out and went back to the office at which point the desk person offered me another room (previously there were no other rooms). When I pushed him for more info, he said it was the room of the man who was arguing about a refund when I got there because of bugs in his room and garbage outside his room and around the pool. The desk clerk wanted to give me that room. The room I was given had holes in the floor……

“We made a trip this way to visit Cedar Point. This was a very clean family friendly hotel. We stayed three nights with two adults and three kids (15,13,11). Kids enjoyed the breakfast and large spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable and it was a great experience overall. We are returning at the end of the month to visit Cedar Point again and currently finalizing the dates and thinking of booking this hotel again as we had a great stay !”

“The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating and went beyond the norm to make us feel comfortable. We knew based on previous reviews that this resort can be filled up with kids during tournaments, however we would always choose to go back here as the resort and staff make it all worthwhile. On site amenities are great, we just had to pick opportune times to use the pool when things were quiet. The property has a calming resort feel, the room was clean and modern with newer mini……
