“We stayed for 3 nights and never once did housekeeping clean a thing and it was t great when we arrived . We had to call every night for towels and not even toilet paper was replenished . Also we believed our reservation was for the Casino hotel but after carrying in our luggage and tipping the valet we were told our reservation was for the Players Inn next door. We were not told there was a shuttle or that we could get or a cart for our luggage . I do t know about the Caaino Hotel as I didn’t……

“You need to rethink the pancakes for breakfast. They were rubbery and i was unable to cut them with plastic utensils. Why have such bad pancakes when you have fresh and hot waffles to eat.”
