Access and exit were easy and close (no stairs to get to the room).Communication with the host was great.The only downside is that if you have limited mobility, getting in and out of the shower /tub could be difficult.”

“The apartment was a perfect place for us to cool down and unwind after exploring local parks during a hot couple of days. “We didn't stay at the place reserved and got sent to a back up place right before check in. It was a strange back alley entrance with standing water and rickety steps up to the unit but confusion over which unit was ours. Once we figured it out, it was challenging to get the door to unlock and lock with the mechanism not quite lining up without pushing and pulling the door to get it just right. The toilet off one bedroom required taking the tank cover off to make it flush and to make it stop...

“Place could use some updating. Ice maker in fridge did not work and the bottom drawer was a big block of ice. The door handle was broken, and I would not use the pots and pans to cook with. First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you!
