“The had one of two elevators broken and said it was gonna be 90 days plus to fix......I don't buy that I have serious medical conditions and waiting 20 minutes fir only working elevator could be life thresting if I needed ems”

“Staff exceptional. Breakfast selection very good. Loved the coffee. ”

“The layout of the room must have been someone's first attempt. To go to the bathroom, you had to navigate a space about 18" wide between the bed and the wall. The bathroom was so small that you had to shift around the toilet to close the door. The room had a total slapped-together feel, and this for how much money? Overall, find another place”

“The room was clean though the common areas were a bit shabby. There was a group with a lot of high schoolers there and they were very loud, both in the lobby and the halls. The room smelled a bit musty, but after a while I didn’t notice it as much (not sure if that was because I cranked the air conditioning or that I got used to it). The bed had a definite dent in the mattress and I had to shift my position to get comfortable. Not a great stay, but adequate for my purposes ”

“Good location, and mostly adequate for a short stay. The drainpipe underneath the sink was not actually connected to the sink, so it spilled on the floor when faucet was higher volume. Key stopped working in morning and when I approached housekeeping they were pretty rude. Refrigerator was very loud at times. ”

“I left my wallet in the room, and when I returned to retrieve it, the manager told me that I had to pay a fee for having lost it—insisting that she would not hand it over unless I paid. ”

“It's okay for the most part could be cleaned better. Rooms aren't always stocked with necessary items. Laundry is always broke. Breakfast is little to none half the time could add some fruit toast or even cereal.”

“The property needs some money put back in. The room was moldy smelling but bed was comfortable. I stayed one night. It has potential it really does it’s in a great spot. It’s the little things like shower curtain didn’t stay up and was dropped to the tub very easy to step on. But if you need an inexpensive one night maybe 2 nights not too bad.”

“Room was on freeway side - very disruptive, no sleep. Asked to be switched to street side for remainder of stay - much better! Location convenient to I-40. Real challenge to turn left onto N Campbell Road. Breakfast had good variety. Some maintenance needs,- squeaky bath door, bureau drawer wouldn't stay closed. Room was clean and functional”

“Our stay was good with the exception of the pillows on the beds were not at all acceptable. We requested and received extra however each one was the same, zero support or comport. For comparison I would describe them ALL as an empty bean bag that no one wants to sit on. ”
